The performance opened with the prologue "Profound Confucian Tradition" and was divided into three chapters: "Benevolence: The World with One Heart ", "Rites: Unified Customs Under the Six-Directions", and "Harmony: Walking on the Great Road Together". It used AI digital technology to empower the innovative expression of traditional culture, breaking down the barriers of time, space and language. Through performances by young people from China and abroad and dialogues between diverse civilizations, it comprehensively showcased the profound heritage and inclusive charm of Chinese culture.

The AI-generated short film "Confucian Spirit": Boundless traces the journey of Confucianism—from its origins in the Qi and Lu regions, to its spread across the nation, and finally to its global reach via the Digital Silk Road and the China-Europe Railway Express. "Hello Ni Hao" illuminated the stage with multilingual recitations from "The Analects", kicking off a dialogue among civilizations. Programs such as original dance dramas, short plays, and classical music artfully blended Chinese and Western artistic elements, interpreting the core Confucian concepts of benevolence and harmony from diverse perspectives. International singers performed "Try Everything" in unison, accompanied by immersive visual effects, showcasing the spirited spirit of exploration among today’s youth. Cultural scholars provided on-site explanations of the spiritual essence of Confucian concepts such as “Filial piety and fraternal submission are the root of all benevolent actions,” “If you do not learn the rules of propriety, you cannot make your stand,” and “All civilizations can appreciate each other's beauty while valuing their own,” interpreting the contemporary value of traditional culture in self-cultivation, social conduct, and neighborly harmony, and offering the live audience a cultural lesson that combined academic depth with accessibility.

At the event, certificates were presented to visiting scholars of the “Qilu Visiting and Research Residency Program”, and appointment letters were issued to representatives of the expert think tank for cross-language communication research at the Nishan World Center for Confucian Studies. Concurrently, the 3th Cross-Lingual Chanting Assembly of Confucian Classics was officially launched, once again extending a civilizational invitation to global enthusiasts of Chinese culture.

Since the global call for submissions began in December 2025, the conference has attracted over 60,000 participants from more than 60 countries, including China, the United States, and Russia. Drawing on 14 languages to interpret Confucian classics, the participants have submitted over 31,000 high-quality works in total.

The event is jointly organized by the Nishan World Center for Confucian Studies, China Confucius Foundation, Shandong Provincial Department of Education, Shandong People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Counties, the Administrative Committee of the China–Shanghai Cooperation Organization Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Zone, and the Publicity Department of Jining Municipal Committee.
